After a remarkable World Cup triumph with Argentina, questions have been asked, answers have been given, yet tongues have still continued to wag concerning Lionel Messi's continuity in football.
Renowned media outlet, @La_SER gave reports on Lionel Messi's stance on this. The Argentine has made the decision not to retire, infact he still wants to continue playing in Europe's Top 5 Leagues, either at Barçelona or PSG.
Alot of anticipation from Barçelona fans worldwide, as Barçelona President, Joan Laporta, has also publicly confessed his decisions to bring him back to the Camp Nou, according to @La_SER who reported - "Joan Laporta will try his best to bring Leo Messi back to FC Barcelona & give him the best farewell in history"
This news, amidst rumours of his going to MLS, would bring a lot of relief to football fans as well as Argentines globally, as we still want Messi performing at the HIGHEST level.
The World Cup winning captain, also made sure to take out possible theories and speculations of a possible retirement from the Argentine National Team via TyC Sports - "I am not retiring from the National Team. I want to continue playing as a champion." he stressed.
Whatever decision he makes as regards his possible move out of PSG next summer, we wish the GOAT the best!!
